Nozbe follows David Allen’s GTD model for productivity to a tee. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, do yourself a favor and read this book. Nozbe allows you to organize your to-do list by project and put them in context (ie location, time commitment and deadline). It also allows you to attach notes and documents to your tasks and project via Evernote and Dropbox and syncs with your Google Calendar to to keep track of deadlines and appointments. You’ll wonder how you got by without it.
